Commercial terms
No rate card. Every figure is quoted
Practical volume depends on the product, supplier, case pack, freight, and channel — so a published price would be fiction. What we can publish is exactly how the number is built and when you see it.
What a landed figure is made of
Product cost
The unit figure from the source, at the volume tier that actually applies to your quantity — not a list price.
Freight to hub
Movement into Chicago or Dallas, priced on the real pallet build rather than an average per unit.
Handling and prep
Receiving, counting, condition check, and re-wrap where the pallet configuration has to change.
Documentation
Provenance and authenticity evidence assembled per lot, where the source and category can produce it.
Commission
Set per product and stated before you commit. It does not change after the fact and is never a percentage of a moving total.
Assumptions
Pallet quantities, appointment counts, and dock access. If your operation cannot meet one, the quote gets revised before approval.
Indicative bands per buy
These are the ranges a single buy typically falls inside, per program. They are not prices and not minimums.
$500 – $8,000
$200 – $4,000
$100 – $2,500
$300 – $6,000
$150 – $3,500
$400 – $12,000
$500 – $20,000
$400 – $10,000
Bars are drawn relative to the widest ceiling on the list. Bands are indicative per buy and quoted per product before you commit.

Net terms stack on the quote
Commission is set per product and quoted before you commit. Waiting longer for settlement adds to it. Nothing is retroactive.

What we won’t put in a quote
These are the charges that typically arrive after approval elsewhere. We name them up front instead.
Detention and demurrage
Charged when a trailer sits beyond free time. We tell you the free window rather than absorbing it silently into the unit price.
Storage past free days
Hub and carrier clocks do not start on the same day. Both are stated on the quote.
Re-palletizing at your DC
If your receiving standard differs from the shipped configuration, that work is quoted separately, not assumed.
Insurance above carrier default
Carrier liability is per pound, not per value. On electronics that gap is worth closing deliberately.
Appointment and lumper fees
Billed at your own door. We flag when a program is likely to trigger them.
Returns and shortage handling
The process exists and is documented. Whether it is priced into a given quote is stated on that quote.
See the real number for your requirement
Product, quantity, destination, and timing are enough to begin. Volume consolidates at Chicago or Dallas.
