Note the flip: Supplier B · landed quotes the higher unit price and still wins once freight, handling, and duty are counted. This is the case for insisting on a landed basis.

Storage past free days
Hub and carrier clocks rarely start on the same day, and neither is on the quote.
Re-palletizing
If your DC will not take the shipped pallet configuration, someone rebuilds it and bills for it.
Insurance above carrier default
Carrier liability is per pound, not per value. On electronics that gap is large.
Appointment and lumper fees
Billed at your own receiving door, so they never appear on the supplier's figure at all.
Returns and shortage handling
The process exists. Whether it is priced into this quote almost never is.
